A Career Spanning Prestigious Restaurants Across the U.S.

Albert’s career took him to some of the most iconic dining destinations nationwide, including Trump National Golf Club in Colts Neck, Gallagher’s Steakhouse and Brasserie Pushkin in Manhattan, Equinox and The Oval Room in Washington, D.C., and all five Ruth’s Chris Steak House locations in Baltimore. In South Florida, he contributed to celebrated venues such as China Grill, The Forge, Hamilton’s Supper Club, Stubborn Seed, and The Riverside Hotel. Albert also made history as Holland America Cruise Line’s first American Cellar Master, and he has collaborated with culinary legends such as Norman Van Aken, Emeril Lagasse, Raimund Hoffmeister, Jeremy Ford, and celebrity chef Dale Talde, who now leads the kitchen at Tigress in collaboration with Executive Chef Iggy Ortiz.
