Tigress Joins Sizzle Dining for the First Time This September

This September, one of Southwest Florida’s most anticipated dining events returns—and Tigress Restaurant & Rooftop Bar is joining the celebration for the very first time.

From September 1–30, 2026, guests are invited to experience Tigress’ bold flavors and creative culinary style through an exclusive three-course Sizzle Dining menu for $49 per person. Located inside The Perry Hotel Naples, Tigress offers a distinctive dining experience inspired by the vibrant flavors of Asia and the innovative vision of celebrity chef Dale Talde.

Three Courses of Bold Flavor

The Tigress Sizzle Dining menu allows each guest to select one dish from each of three courses, creating a personalized dining experience from beginning to end.

First-course selections include:

• Tigress Wedge with sesame leaf green goddess dressing, Chinese bacon, and pickled red onion
• Crispy Brussels Sprouts with pomegranate molasses and peanuts
• Edamame with chili, sesame, and soy
• Spicy Chicken Dumplings with General Tso’s sauce and broccoli
• Smashed Crispy Fingerling Potatoes with turmeric caramel, pickled Thai chilies, and scallions

For the second course, guests can choose from:

• Sizzling Vegetable Fried Rice with umami butter and black truffle
• 10-ounce Wagyu Skirt Steak served with lettuce wraps, scallions, pickles, and a choice of sauce
• Mongolian Barbecue Pork Ribs with chives, a crispy noodle nest, and steamed white rice
• Chilled Noodles with Chinese black vinegar, chili, summer melon, and prosciutto
• Walnut Shrimp with candied walnuts, walnut aioli, and radish

Dessert completes the experience with a choice of:

• Mango Mochi Waffle with mango sorbet and coconut
• Guava Cheesecake Rangoons with guava coulis and mint

The result is a menu that captures what makes Tigress so memorable: familiar favorites transformed through unexpected ingredients, globally inspired flavors, and a playful approach to dining.

Raise a Glass to Sizzle Dining

Guests may also complement their three-course dinner with one of Tigress’ specialty cocktails, including the Imperial Ember, Perry Smash, or Golden Dynasty. A specially selected wine bottle menu is also available for $40.

Beverages, tax, and gratuity are not included in the $49 Sizzle Dining menu price.

Experience Chef Dale Talde’s Culinary Style—On the Plate and on Netflix

Tigress is a concept by Chef Dale Talde, whose energetic cooking style and Asian-American influences have made him a recognized culinary personality across the country. Fans can now watch Chef Dale on his cooking series, All Up In My Grill, available on Netflix. In the series, Chef Dale shares bold recipes, practical techniques, and expert grilling tips designed to help home cooks become more confident and creative around the grill. That same fearless approach to flavor can be experienced at Tigress, where vibrant ingredients, inventive preparations, and a sense of fun come together in every dish.
